What is Semifreddo?
Semifreddo is a cream based dessert, which has the texture of a mousse. Semifreddo is served chilled from the fridge, which gives a fluffier texture with a more intense flavour. We recommend storing them in your freezer and placing them in your fridge 2-3 hours before serving. Unlike ice cream, semifreddo will keep its form after being defrosted.
