Our signature cream egg ice cream, with a yellow yolk centre, topped with Cream
eggs. Size 10”. Serves 6.
Ingredients:
Fresh Milk, Fresh Cream, skimmed milk powder, sugar, emulsifier: E471 mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilizers: E412 guar gurn, E410 locust bean gum, E466 ca-boxymethyicellulose E401 sodium alginate, E407 carrageenan flavours. Glucose syrup, concentrated sugared milk, flavours, burnt sugar, acidifier: E330 citric acid, salt, Egg yolks (50%), flavours, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier soya lecithin, natural vanilla, flavouring cocoa horizons foundation. Invert sugar syrup, dried whey (from milk), cocoa mass, vegetable fats (palm, shea), emulsifier (E442), dried egg white, flavourings, colour (paprika extract). Natural vanilla flavouring.
